Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at icebornco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
